Are you active on Social Media Channels and love engaging in a friendly manner with the The West Community?
Are you bubbly, fun, creative and have some time to spare?

We are looking for some Social Media Moderators to assist with our Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages.

Social Media Moderator duties include:

• Engaging with our community on our The West Official EN social media channels
• Creating some content ideas
• Scheduling content in a planner.
  
• Creating competitions

This is a customer service role, and the mods need to have a good attitude with every person, including those who aren't fluent in English, or those who are are confrontational.

Social Media Moderators must have excellent written English and be willing to use a spell checker and proofread their responses before sending them.

Social Media Moderators need to be available to engage with followers daily, and give at least 14 hours a week to the role.

Social Media Moderators must be at least 18 years of age.
